Very honest and decent operation. Stopped by on the day with a big problem for us (boot not locking) that turned into advice for them. They solved my issue, gave us a very warm welcome and as it was small there was no charge. Feel other places would have charged/maximised on the issue. They even gave us a cup of tea! I've been going to Volks Autos since they were on Lind Road and seen the small run family business grow over the years into a much bigger business, still family run. I've always found them very helpful and informative, explaining the issues I've had with my cars over the years rather than just telling me what needs to be done. The customer service is great, keeping me updated throughout the repairs/service/MOT by email/WhatsApp/Phone, and the long-term employees remember me and are welcoming whenever I visit. They've also sent an engineer out to me when my car broke down locally to help me get it to the garage - absolute life savers!!! All I struggle with is the new phone system and booking process, often being told that I need to be called back. But I wouldn't trust anyone else. I've found Volks Autos to be a trustworthy and honest garage that is reasonably priced.

However, despite this they didn’t charge me and spent a significant amount of time on trying to help me. I appreciate the time, and the support I had from the front end team were great.
