Introduction
Welcome to our Customer Loyalty Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in the Program.
Eligibility
- The Program is open to all our non-account customers.
Enrolment
- Customers can enrol in the Program by speaking to a member of staff.
- By enrolling in the Program, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Earning Points
- Points are earned based on purchases made.
- Customers receive a loyalty stamp for each visit to Volks Autos Ltd where a minimum spend of £100 has been made.
- Points are recorded on your individual loyalty card.
- Certain products or services may be excluded from earning points. These exclusions will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Loyalty cards are per vehicle, not per person. This means you cannot collect points for more than one vehicle on a single loyalty card.
- Loyalty points have no redeemable cash value.
Redemption of Points
- Once 6 points have been collected, they can be redeemed for a free MOT at Volks Autos Ltd.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The minimum number of points required for redemption is 6.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise.
Account Management
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
Modifications and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of termination, customers will have 90 days to redeem any remaining points.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to errors in points calculation, delays in points posting, or unauthorised use of your account.
