Yes, once the fault has been diagnosed by Volks Autos, we can liaise on your behalf with your warranty company and explain the fault we have found and provide them with an estimate for the repair.
Normally warranty companies work on the basis that the customer pays the garage the total repairs fees and the warranty company then reimburse the customer with the agreed amount. In all most all cases the warranty company first request the customer to authorise any diagnosis time and costs involved to find the failed component before the will advise if it something they will contribute towards.
