Cara
Cara has worked with us since 2013. As Lynsey’s little sister, Volks Autos is in her blood! Cara is a very valued member of the service team here with many returning customers coming just to see her. As well as our everyday customers, Cara looks after some of our commercial accounts, working closely with our commercial technicians to ensure many local tradesmen and large fleet customers get back on the road as quickly as possible.
Cara ensures vans of all shapes and sizes are back on the road and rectified in a timely manner. Cara has learnt the importance of ensuring vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum, especially when someone’s livelihood relies on their vehicle being on the road. More recently, Cara has excelled at managing our online marketing and advertising, whenever we catch her on Facebook or Instagram she assures us it is for work purposes.
