Lynsey Rowley

Lynsey Rowley met her husband, David, while working at VW Driftbridge main dealership in 2004. After leaving VW Driftbridge, Lynsey advanced her career at a top FTSE 100 company in a sales management role. Here she gained extensive experience in strategic client management,  leadership and revenue growth. Her expertise lies in cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships, managing growth without compromising quality, nurturing talent, and ensuring the business operates efficiently and sustainably.

In 2011, Lynsey joined David at Volks Autos, where she found her true passion for running and leading the business. As the head of strategic operations, Lynsey ensures that we surpass dealer-level standards, while maintaining the core flexibility and personalised touch that define our family-run independent business. Her leadership guarantees exceptional quality, and the warmth and adaptability our customers value.

Drawing from her insights on negative customer experiences at main dealerships, Lynsey has shaped Volks Autos into a customer-centric establishment, implementing innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction. She is also instrumental in organising training programs, ensuring our staff undergo rigorous training comparable to that at franchised main dealerships.
